This coffee was stale in both aroma and taste. So I’m not sure I believe the hype from Blue Bottle about it tasting fresh for “150 days.” BUT, the good news is that if you purchase from Blue Bottle as the seller (not a reseller), they’ll take care of you if you contact them. **Q: Is this coffee kosher certified?** A: Hi there! Our coffee is not certified Kosher. However, nothing is added to the beans in the roasting process. Thanks! **Q: Is there going to be a bright and balanced combo pack?** A: I bought the bright and bold pack and it was a set, but they came in two different packages.
