So answer the question you are asking here: reading the label, it seems to include real truffles, and then they add fake stuff in too… Since the ingredient list is by quantity, it seems like there is more real truffle than fake, but since the fake truffle is just a very strong concentrated liquid, I’m gonna guess that more of the flavor comes from the fake than the real. However, the seal is not good on any of their products and unfortunately it lead to this one getting moldy within two days. If they changed/used better quality screw tops on all their products I would give this a 69 star review. They make an excellent product.
