**Q: Can this eye liner be worn in waterline?**
A: This way it will last for many months. Magic Styl'o wouldn't smear if applied it to dry clean skin with no creams/lotions on it. Applying to a waterline might not work. The tip will never be dry if the pen is kept as directed: vertically with the felt tip down.

This product inflamed my eyelids and eyes. Beet red and painful eyes. Had to throw away contact lenses. Was this product even tested for hypoallergenic chemicals?? Big waste of money.
