Review: Works really well. - This product really works for me. I suffered with a SI joint injury for 8 months. I tried a cortisone injection which didn’t help for more than a couple weeks. I was going to try PRP and the doctor suggested I try SPM for a while and see if it helped. 6 weeks of 3 pills a day and it was 95% better and it now that pain is all gone. SPM also eliminated a nagging pain on my sits bone where all my hamstrings were detached from. I highly recommend SPM for inflammation issues.
