The gate stays in place even when the door on the gate gets slammed shut. Highly recommend! Super easy to set up as well without having to damage the walls.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Saved me from my babygate nightmare!

I use a babygate for my dog to not get into my kitchen, and he would keep knocking it down because of how unstable it was since I had to extend it to the furthest setting it could. I am renting my place and can't fasten the gate down in any other way, so I'm extremely thankful to have found this to be the perfect fix! I love that there is a grip part (base) and the optional extension so I can put the extension on the side that is lacking and still have the base grip on all ends. My gate is super sturdy now and I don't have to deal with the hassle of having to continously put it back up/together! MUST buy for babygates I swear!!! If your babygate is unstable/is a wee bit too small for your walls, this is a life saver!
