I got the 3200k color and they are nice and bright with a softer light that isn't harsh.Installation was pretty easy for me (but I have 20yrs electronics exp) but shouldn't be too hard for the average handy-person.The 3M adhesive strips do not disappoint (yet, I just installed them so we'll see in a month or two if they come loose).The wires themselves, however, are VERY VERY thin and flimsy. I realize the LED's do not require heavy gauge wire as they are a very low current draw but these are SO thin they're hard to work with. Use quality wire strippers or you'll cut right through the wire.I have not yet compared these to other brands, but the price seems VERY high for what you're really getting, thus the 4-out-of-5 stars.
