It's useless. Functionality useless. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ only thing that helps *by "***" on May 5, 2020* I have advanced RA impacting my hands, and causing severe ulnar deviation/drift/weakness. I brought this brace into OT with me, and other than adding something to help keep the brace in place, the OT said she'd never seen it, and thought by far it was the best solution. She even said I could try certain light-weight-lifting if I wear this when I do it. The adjustable nature of the velcro is great, but if hand weakness is an issue, it can be a little annoying. However, the fact that it reduces the pain and pressure on my hand knuckles is huge.
