I have my non-Paleo friends ordering it because I couldn't stop talking about how good it tastes. The second photo is "Hollaindaise" sauce I made using Payo for my Paleo version of eggs Benedict. Eggs Benedict are my favorite breakfast but due to the English muffin, they are definitely not on the Paleo list so I got creative this morning and came up with my own version! The bottom layer is a sliced baked sweet potato, 2nd layer is Applegate organic uncured beef hot dog slices, 3rd layer is a perfectly poached egg (made in the Stone Wave cooker) and then I made the "hollandaise" sauce with Payo paleo mayo, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and then topped with some chopped spinach. This product does not and the ingredients list can't be beat! This product is made from macadamia nut oil, which is a very healthy oil high in monounsaturated fat, and it tastes very much of macadamia nut oil, which is how it should taste. To my palate, this is the best mayo I have ever had, and I have already ordered more.
