I like to wear earrings 24/7 to prevent my ear piercings from growning closed. These are great as they don't have any posts to get caught on clothing, towels etc. Only downside is they are a little trickier to get in than a starndard earring. The ring design is thicker than a standard post (as it should be), and the round shape vs a straght post requires a bit more finesse. One went in easily and the other was troublesome, but a little triple antibiotic ointment helped slide it in. The benefits far outweigh any downside.
