## Description

High-quality German engineering meets outstanding design – that's CHERRY. Production of the first microswitches began in 1953 in the basement of a restaurant in Illinois. Twenty years later, the first keyboards were built, making CHERRY the oldest manufacturer of computer keyboards. In 1983, production of MX switches began, which are now used in billions of keyboards around the globe. Decades of experience, passion and tradition have made the cherry brand what it is today: quality products designed in Germany and aimed at those who demand high performance, design, durability and functionality from their input devices. The CHERRY STREAM KEYBOARD is a mix of conventional design, a touch of elegance and simple purism. The integrated metal plate makes it a robust keyboard despite its slim design. The two feet and eight rubber pads on the underside ensure stability when folded in and out. CHERRY SX scissor technology offers unparalleled typing feel and precision – perfect for use in (open-plan) offices and at home, and particularly comfortable for long periods of typing.

## Features

- High-quality wired keyboard with numeric keypad: Flat, reliable and whisper-quiet – awarded the globally recognised GS mark (‘Tested Safety’)
- Type quicker and get more done: CHERRY SX scissor technology ensures a precise and optimum typing feel. Perfect for frequent typists!
- 3 red status LEDs (CAPS LOCK, NUM and SCROLL key), 2 practical detachable feet and abrasion-resistant keys: The key labelling is still perfectly legible even after a long time
- Non-slip and sturdy: A total of 8 rubber feet and an integrated metal plate give the flat keyboard stability and stop anything from slipping
- 10 additional keys for Office and multimedia applications: open browser, e-mail, next track, PC lock, play/pause, calculator and much more

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is there a backlit version of this keyboard?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not currently offer a backlit version. The STREAM family continues to be very popular and we are constantly reviewing how it should progress.

**Q: i understand that this is a compact layout missing number pad but are the letter keys standard sized?**
A: The keys are the same size as other keyboards I have (Logitech K270, HP USB Slim, and Microsoft KB).

**Q: Does this really have trouble with simultaneous input? I'll probably be holding more than 3 keys down at a time quite often (gaming...)**
A: I type on it and use the regular 2 or 3 key shortcuts. Never had a issue.

**Q: How long is the cable?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry. The cable is 5.90 ft.
