**Q: Are they heatproof**
A: They can be boiled, steamed or pressured cooked,  they are Microwave safe.  The are not to be left to boil or steam dry.

**Q: Are these suitable for a slow cooker**
A: Yes- these are find in a slow cooker as long as the water is topped up, never allow to dry out. you should get great results

**Q: What is the diameter of each bowl please (my recipe gives diameter not capacity!)?**
A: Hi
diameter of the 140ml is 85mm  the      280ml is 105mm       570ml is 125mm.
daimeter of 850ml is  150mm                 The 1.14ltr or 2 pint is 155mm   and the 1.71ltr or 3 pint is 180mm

**Q: Are these non stick please**
A: They are just plastic basins with lids, I would think you would need to grease them to make them none stick l bought them to make Xmas puddings but haven’t used them yet.
