Received a brand new one within days. This tool might not be of best quality, but it is usable even if its broken, and it's a must have tool. I was so excited about this little tool from sram, but it's broken on arrival. I used it anyways, tool is simple to use, does the job well, however, this is made with very cheap plastic. Helped me to accurately adjust the derailleur. Without it, I just couldn’t set correctly. First ride after using the tool, I had super smooth shifting. It’s made of plastic and a little fragile.
