Yummy a little grainy but it works to detoxify metals because I tested for a lot before I took this and now I only have 2 metals left to get out cadmium and silver it last like a month or so if 2 scoops once daily good protein too the price is worth the detoxification

I have used this as a breakfast supplement in my smoothies. 2- scoops mixed with frozen fruit, 1/2 banana, almond milk, 2 teapspo0ns of ginger juice powder, pressed green juice, aloe vera juice, turmeric juice/powder. it's delightful.

Clean ingredients with reliable results. A lot less complicating than doing the complete purification program. Just 2 to 3 shakes a day for 10 days always makes me feel a lot better. The chai taste is good alone but not so strong ass to interfere if you want to add other ingredients.

I like that it has improved the way my digestive processes work. Am no longer getting extreme cramping various times a day.
