I have taken it apart and watched the Taigen video. I still can’t get it to work. That’s been my experience. I have got other tanks that Taigen sells and they are fine. Lousy customer service. *by M***P on February 28, 2018* Worst piece of junk I've ever seen. Looks like it was built in a frigging Chinese garage somewhere. Lousy second rate electronics that aren't worth the money. After you buy this thing for $500 bucks, be prepared to put at least $300 more into it with aftermarket electronics just to get the stupid thing to work like it should.. Customer support is a freaking joke from Taigen. Bad motor on it needed replacing as well. This tank is way overpriced for what it is.. Buy a Tamiya and you'll be better off. Stay away from Taigen unless you enjoy throwing your money down a toilet. And don't even think about calling these people on the phone. The last thing a customer wants to hear after spending $500, is, "Sorry, you'll have to send an e-mail, because we don't do phone calls. We'll get back to you in a few days." For this kind of money, I don't want to hear that..
