Review: Terrible, defective, product - Not only was this product completely defective, but I am not even sure that I received the product that was advertised. In fact, I'm fairly certain that I received a different brand collar. I ordered this collar twice. The first time ,it came in a branded Waggabee box and the collar was branded as well. That unit died within about five minutes of taking it out of the box, and it would never charge. I returned it and re-ordered it because I have spent hours looking for a reliable vibrate-only collar (or collar with a vibrate-only setting) and this one seemed like it had the best reviews. My second collar arrived three days later and the box was completely different. It was labeled "No Bark" collar, both on the box and on the collar. There wasn't a single "Waggabee" logo anywhere on the item. The collar functioned the same way but had a few very minor differences in appearance. This collar never charged. I plugged it in for four hours, tested it repetitively, and it never turned on. I am a fairly tech-savvy person. Both of these items were duds, and I highly recommend that you purchase a different product.
