**Q: Which type of magnesium is this (citrate, glycinate taurate, aspartate, etc.)?**
A: On the label, it states:  Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Aspartate).  Unfortunately, it does not provide a breakdown of the percentages, so I am currently assuming the vast majority of it is Magnesium Oxide.  I sent a question about this to the manufacturer of the product and am waiting for a response.
