Filling the water reservoir is a breeze and I like that it has a flapper style door to seal the reservoir. Even at the low end of the steam setting I find myself filling up the reservoir after a couple of items. This one is ecvery bit as good if not better than the last. I have looked over some of the reviews and to be quite frank I am not sure what some of the bad reviews could have been experiencing. I have purchased Rowenta Irons exclusively after being told about them by a family that had a clothes washing service many years ago. I have never had a less than stellar experience from this company and the products. I fully expect this iron to last several years too.
