Review: Fantastic Flavor - This has always been my preferred brand of fresh mozzarella cheese. I always get pre-sliced cheese to make homemade mozzarella sticks for my family. They also melt as expected, are made from quality ingredients, and have the best flavor out of all the brands I have tried. I typically prefer getting the 16 oz since it is usually less expensive, but this seemed pretty good on sale. I will get it again.

This has always been my preferred brand of fresh mozzarella cheese. I always get pre-sliced cheese to make homemade mozzarella sticks for my family. They also melt as expected, are made from quality ingredients, and have the best flavor out of all the brands I have tried. I typically prefer getting the 16 oz since it is usually less expensive, but this seemed pretty good on sale. I will get it again.

A must have for mozzarella and tomato pasta salad. It's a good brand. It's already sliced, so good for sandwiches or what ever you need thick sliced mozzarella for. Good cold with some olive oil and basil.
