If you ever want to make a proper mojito then you need some gomme in your life. Honestly, all the best mojitos I have had (probably one too many if I'm honest) have been made with this stuff. My recipe ingredients: - 50ml premium white rum - 25ml gomme - 1 whole lime - 15-20 fresh mint leaves (clapped to release the oils, not muddled) - Cubed ice (or crushed, but I think cubed ends up with less melting) - Dash of soda water
