Review: Great for the price - I don't generally write reviews. I was unsure about ordering myself as it didn't have many reviews! The product works great. Don't get me wrong, it's fairly no-frills, but so far it seems well made. I consider myself to be a fairly advanced lifter with 10 years (with some gaps) of lifting under my belt. This kit is perfect to allow me the movement patterns I miss when I'm just using dumbbells and barbells during Covid lock-down. Great for high and low pulling movements, Cable flyes (one arm) and lateral raises. I was sceptical, but very happy so far. I also bought some attachments from another seller. The only real negative is the straight bar provided is fixed, so don't rotate with your hands' movement, when performing an exercise, but that's not a huge deal, at this price at least. I'm pleased with my purchase

**Q: Whats the distance between the wall and the main support bar? I have 17.5 inch wide 20kg plates would there be enough room to use them?**
A: From the centre of the weight support bar to the wall is 33cm or 13 inches so the radius of your weight needs to be less than that or the diameter needs to be less than 66cm or 26 inches

**Q: Whats the weight rating of this product?**
A: This is really solid Steel, unless you are the next Arnold Schwarzenegger I would not worry about breaking it. I think the main thing is securing it to the wall, it comes with 4 steel bolts, but you need a solid brick wall. There is a plastic collar around a solid steel upriser to prevent steel on steel friction. This adds a little bit of drag so it’s harder to lift than the gym equivalent weight, I greased the pole with bike grease to equalize this. I also bought this “Elikliv Steel Weight Plate Loading Pin Steel Workout Weights Lifting Holder Stand Rack Pulley Cable Machine System Weights Stand” which you can run off just the end wheel with no friction at all and that’s great for one arm lateral pull out’s.

**Q: Does this come with 2inch weight plate holders??**
A: It's a 1 inch Diameter weight holder

**Q: What size wall fixings are required? Do they come with it?**
A: I used steel bolts, but can't remember if they came with it. Maybe see if they do if not they are commonly available at DIY stores or online.

I don't generally write reviews. I was unsure about ordering myself as it didn't have many reviews! The product works great. Don't get me wrong, it's fairly no-frills, but so far it seems well made. I consider myself to be a fairly advanced lifter with 10 years (with some gaps) of lifting under my belt.
