Helped heal a tooth abscess along with a diet high in fat soluble vitamins (A,K,D). As well as helping my teeth feel less sensitive and tighten the gumline. It's best to do the oil pulling when your getting ready for work. Which makes the 20 minute time oil pulling go by super fast. You can also add some oregano oil or other herbal oil to help increase the effectiveness. This brand has worked better than other brands I have tried. **Q: Is it cold pressed** A: Mine does not say cold pressed-however all cold pressed oils are expeller pressed and environment kept under some say 125 degrees, others say 60 degrees. Just emailed the company to ask-will update!UPDATE: company replied back quickly stating: The coconuts are cold-processed at less than 104 degrees and are expeller-pressed within two hours of harvesting.
