The optional shoulder strap was flimsy to begin with and had already started to show signs of wear. Granted, I do pack my bag pretty full (see below) but I was not expecting the metal connector for the shoulder strap to just completely break on me after 6 months of use. Unluckily, I wasn't holding onto the other handles and the entire bag fell to the ground (thankfully no damage to the pump), but the metal end of the shoulder strap whipped up and hit me in the face, narrowly missing my eye. I can't, in good conscience, recommend this anymore, though I do still think it offers a professional and stylish alternative to the standard pump bags out there. Just be sure not to use the shoulder strap if you decide to continue with your purchase.Original Review: Sept. 8, 2014Love this bag - received the Medela Pump in Style Tote bag and could not fit everything needed for a full day pumping in it. I ended up purchasing this and fell in love with the style and spaciousness. I store the pump in the side zippered compartment and just keep my tubes and power cord tucked in there - plenty of space for both. The included zip up bag holds the spare bottles and tops and I have a zip-lock bag for the actual flanges (so they don't leak or get my things wet). In addition to pump parts (2 flanges, 5-6 bottles, 5-6 caps, pump straps/bra), I also can fit the PackIt Double Baby Bottle Insulted Cooler bag (I pop this in the freezer when I arrive at work), my wallet, phone, keys, checkbook, notebook, baby wipes, cover-up and a spare t-shirt and bra in case of accidents. I've also managed to fit my Macbook Air in, but haven't been able to zip things shut then. I would love to give this 5 stars, but have to deduct one star for the shoulder strap. It's very thin and is already starting to fray after just 2.5 months of use. If they had a sturdier option, then this would be a 5-star bag all the way. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Overpriced for a bag that won't last *by C***. on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2014* I have been using this bag for almost 9 months to pump at work. The first couple of weeks, the strap started to stretch and fray. The Juno Blu folks sent me a new strap, but the same thing happened to the replacement. The bag just has not held up very well. The edges started to wear off, and the "JB" metallic label on the side has slipped off...and I have been very careful with the bag. The zipper has also broken, which makes it useless as a bag. I planned to breastfeed my son for two years, and sadly this bag will not last. I had emailed the company a while back asking about warranty information, and there really isn't a warranty. They were very helpful, as far as answering questions and determining if my pump would fit, but disappointed they do not have warranties if you buy from Amazon. I should've returned this months ago.The bag does have lots of pocktets for organization, but with my Hygeia pump, cooler, and pump parts, there really wasn't much room for anything else. I could fit a couple of snacks, but I still found myself carrying two bags to work to carry things I needed for the day.Update: Juno Blu has excellent customer service! Upon contacting them via Amazon and email, they immediately provided a repacement for my bag, several weeks ago. It is a beautiful bag, and hopefully the original one I purchased does not represent the quality of all the bags. This makes my life easier. That is money well spent in my book. Also, with Obamacare, my insurance covered the cost of my Medela pump so I could justify this purchase their too.This bag holds so much and allows me to have ONE bag to deal with. I use it as a purse/pump bag. Love the key holder, all of the pockets, the blue bag to hold all of my extra pump crap (pump bra, pump wipes, clean bottles, etc). This bag is made well and it goes with everything fashion-wise.Before I bought this I read as many reviews as I could find and heard some ladies say they didn't like that there pump wasn't "protected" as much as they would want in the pump pouch. I went to Walmart and bought a $2 collapsible lunch bag, shoved my pump in that and put that whole "protected" pump into the pump pouch in this bag. Perfect!The other great thing is the pump pouch is collapsible so I can use this bag long after my pumping days are through.I have a 15" Mac that I use for work and it doesn't fit too well in this bag with all the stuff I have to carry. It will stand up vertically pretty well, but the safer horizontal carrying option doesn't really fit with this bag.
