I am in southern PA and keep the building at 40 through the winter just to keep everything from freezing. When I want to go out to the building to do some work, I use the Wi-Fi thermostat that I have connected to it and bump it up to 60 and 15 mins later the building is really comfortable. I would suggest having some wall mounted fans to help push the warm air down if you're using this in a tall building like I am.
