This was accompanied by billowing black smoke, and an approximate, calculated 6 miles per gallon. The original sensor has been reinstalled, and re-initialialized. The vehicle once again functions normally with minor lean operation fuel trim above 6000 RPM. The high RPM lean condition was the reason I sought to replace this sensor.
