The Master lock looks to be very strong and cannot be cut with bolt cutters as a regular padlock. You bolt or weld the base to whatever you want to attach it to and the red inverter base bolts to the bottom of the 2000I with the four rubber feet so that the Inverter is rubber mounted for vibration control.
