Your problem sounds like it may be a DNS problem. Latest firmware allows disabling the direct IP address ping and will therefore reset upon DNS lookup failures as well as ping failures. Message us directly if you would like to update your device to the latest firmware (not yet published) and enable this option. **Q: Does this work and reset the modem after a power outage?
