(like me!) I wasn't always in control of how it was stored or used through moving 3 times so I do not fault the craftsmanship. But I still like it because I just like nice bent plywood and bentwood stuff. It's bulky for a lapdesk if that's what you intend. And I would never use that little side shelf to hold a beverage that could spill. That wasn't a good idea if that was the idea... but it will keep pens, pencils and chopsticks from rolling away! I am about to give it new life as a bridge on my desk to hold some computer ware. Maybe it will re-warp into good form, who knows? It's a little twisted right now, but aren't we all?
