Right of the bat, the product works amazingly well! Very easy to style your hair and easy to clean as well. Love the design of the volumiser, it also comes with 3 modes, 2 heat levels and 1 cold styling mode. My main issues with the product is that it is a big product and the handle does not fit for everyone and the noise (Video starts from level 2 down to cold and off) which is not in crazy levels but wish it was a little less. Also the plastic used on the handle feels very cheap for the price of the product but it is not a deal breaker for the functionality.
