I've used both, the Simpson epoxy injection and the Crack-Pac Flex-H2O system. I used the Crack-Pac Flex-H2O to repair four cracks in my basement to prevent water intrusion. Make sure that your pipe does not move as this may stress and eventually wear out the foam around pipe. That said the foam is very flexible. **Q: do I need anything else to use the pac? does it include ports?** A: This is an additional tube to use with the kit that has the ports. This does not include ports or the epoxy sealer for the ports. I purchased this extra tube because the crack in my basement wall was so big, I needed the extra filler. **Q: Does the product expand & if so, how much?** A: Yes it does expand and I am guessing at least 3-4 times it’s mass since it is meant to travel through a crack from the inside of the basement to the outside where the crack originated. **Q: will this work on hairline cracks in a concrete wall...** A: In order for this to be used on a crack, holes need to be drilled and ports installed to inject the product.
