The bond resistance is quite good. As I said, my son used for over a year, and the horns still stick on. The adjustable nylon strap is well-made too. 5/8" width of strap reduces the contact pressure There is a minor thing that I noticed is the helmet only has 2 holes on the back top - it should put more vents holes (see the attached pictures). This helmet sometime makes my son's head a little wet.
