Review: Great addition to White IPA - We used a 30 oz container in a 20 gallon batch of White IPA. 20oz went in with 15 minutes left in the boil. We added the remaining 10oz post fermentation to 14 gallons that were fermenting in one vessel. The lemon flavor was in solid balance with the candied ginger, peppercorns, yeast phenols, and hopping which was Citra, El Dorado and Lemondrop. If making a 5 gallon batch, watch how much you add as a little goes a long way. You can always add more, but you can't take it out once it's in.
