It is nonsticky and durable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fits my needs, almost *by F***R on Reviewed in the United States on January 13, 2022* The size is a little smaller than the pastry mat that I replaced, but it works. My previous mat could stay on the rolling board which is a sliding 'pocket' storage under my cabinet. This mat cannot be stored this way. I am not sure why. It is no thicker. The mat has kind of a sticky texture. It sill works for me. I store it wrapped around my rolling pin rather than on the pastry board.
