My second one suddenly began spewing hot water out the water chamber and leaking, Just like the first one. When I looked online I found out how they are made inside ! Hose got blown off inside.. Was able to reattach it (with much effort) without taking machine apart. Used vinegar solution several times and it works again perfectly !, Also used paper clip to gently clean out top needle, Don't throw it out without first trying to fix it yourself ! Its NOT junk, just needs proper care, Its a tiny unit and functions a bit differently. And never use distilled water. Love online info ( Look up pictures of inside a Keurig coffee maker. All brands are similar) We have hard well water and our softener was needing refreshing, all fixed now.
