I tend to cut into pieces, usually 1/3 or 1/4, on receipt and freeze until needed. **Q: How long will Mozzarisella keep for in the fridge? Can it be frozen?** A: Bought this for my vegan daughter so not used it. I did notice the outer packaging was extremely well sealed though. Regular cheese is fine frozen up to 6-9 months.
