Review: It's Disney... Alan Meken! Come on! - Alright, it don't just like it because it's yet another soundtrack for an amazing Disney hit. Though that is part of it. I'm a novelist. I listen to sound tracks in the back when I work on my books. Vocal and non-vocal. Both of those on this are amazing. Disney is very good at this. Pixar even more so, check out Finding Nemo's soundtrack for an example. The songs are classic Disney and fun to listen to and sing along to, just like Little Mermaid or Lion King. The instrumental bits are great to. Most of all, Realization and Escape, The Tear Heals, Kingdom Dance, Waiting for the Lights, and Horse without a Rider. Really good soundtrack! I love it. I got it when it was on a special discount of $5. It was before the movie came out and let me tell you. I was ready to give the guy who make that possible a HUGE hug. The music is great for working on my books, inspired a few good scenes. LOVE IT!
Review: The best music in a movie ever - When I went to see this movie I thought I would not like the music. All most any movies I seen with music in it I say to my self just get done with the music and go on with the movie. But what this Tangle movie is so very good. The songs just goes with the movie very good. The most songs I like is: 1. When Will My Life Begin? 5. I've Got a Dream 7. I See the Light 14. Kingdom Dance But all the songs are very good but the list I did I like the best. I got one CD by Mandy Moore but her music don't sound as good as this one. I guess Mandy Moore + Disney = super good music. Thank you Disney for this Tangle movie and the songs. It is the best movie I ever seen. I love this moive! -Raymond Day

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've become a Mandy Moore fan!
*by A***Y on February 27, 2017*

My daughter absolutely loves this movie and its musical scores, so I had to purchase this for her. Every time we're in the car, she always insists on listening to this, and my wife and I think the music is brilliantly written. I never realized how talented Mandy Moore is, my wife keeps wanting to watch This Is Us with her in it so we have a number of episodes currently on cue on dvr waiting to be viewed, but I digress! All the tracks sound terrific, it captures all the music that accompanied the movie, I don't believe they left any notes off. It starts off the way the movie begins, Rapunzel cleaning and cooking and brushing her hair to "When Will My Life Begin", one of the more upbeat songs in the recent Disney movie catalog in my opinion. From there, we are introduced to Mother Gothel's "Mother Knows Best", a terrific tune sung by Donna Murphy whose vocals fit the role perfectly. One of my daughter's favorites is track 5, "I've Got a Dream" with the fun Snuggly Duckling crew which includes the vocals of Brad Garrett and Jeffrey Tambor. My wife and I personally love "I See the Light" (track 7) which in our opinion easily tops the more popular "Let It Go" from Frozen among Disney songs. In the song, Mandy's singing is terrific to go along with the accompanying instrumentation. And a nice surprise of course is Zachary Levi's singing ability! An unsung (no pun) tune from the movie is the "Healing Incantation", you can really hear Mandy's higher octave vocals and how they register to create the melody. And finally, my daughter's favorite which gets us clapping and dancing along is the final track, "Something That I Want" by Grace Potter, a great tune to close out the movie and soundtrack. So upbeat and brings a smile to your face each listen. All in all, this is one of our favorite soundtracks and scores from any Disney movie. A few of the songs could easily stand on their own outside the Disney realm and deservedly into pop radio.
