It's like waking up to a spring dawn every morning. If that sounds frou frou poetic, it's the kind of imagery this coffee conjures. "Lush" is actually a great word to describe the taste. Like a wonderful dark chocolate, it's like a wave that sweeps over your palate.I use it with an AeroPress with the mesh filter, so you get a little of the oil in the brew. Try it. Or maybe not.
