I chose this product because it was not the least expensive nor the most expensive. After the third use, the pizza stone cracked in half. This item was made in China and there were no instructions included in the box. I did read on the internet that similar products can crack because of thermal shock...therefore, I was very careful in using this product...yet it still cracked. Such a disappointment and no more homemade pizza until I purchase another pizza stone.

Essential for those with a wood or wood pellet smoker. Creates even cooking with a thin crispy crust and bubbly cheese on top. Parchment paper is a great hack for those without a pizza peel. Like having a wood-fired pizza at home!

My wife and I tried the 15" WELL MADE pizza stone and found it to be totally worthless, and could get no satisfaction from the company. We're now using it for a flower pot base. The pizza doe stuck to the stone to the point we were unable to scrape it all off.
