This is the easiest, lightest, coolest harness available! I am about 5 foot eight and a half and 158ish. I purchased this harness in Small/medium because i usually buy a medium for everything. It was way to small for me so i exchanged it for a Large/Xlarge and it fit like a glove.Others complain saying the leg straps are to thin and say they would cut off circulation. True they are thin and they're supposed to be. This harness comes with a suspension relief strap to do just that. In case of a fall where you cant get back up you use the relief strap to take all pressure off the legs.You could hang all day in this thing if you wanted! Just what i wanted in a harness lightweight compact and almost unnoticable while its on!! Great product. If you like yourself and care about your family get one!! Totally worth it and not to expensive! When the harness arrived, I was skeptical due to the size and didn't think it would fit over my Scent Lok Thundertek gear. I was wrong. The harness fits perfect for early season hunts as well as late season hunts. The harness does not ride up into your groin like some other harnesses do. It provides a nice, slim fit.The harness was easy to adjust. The harness is made of good quality nylon. The shoulder straps are padded and provide quality comfort. There are metal buckles for the leg straps and a rubber coated buckle for the waste.The bungee that attaches from the harness to the tree is long enough so I was able to shoot all the way to my right without detaching from the tree.Overall, this is great harness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly satisfied... *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 22, 2015* Light and comfortable. I like using the leg buckles-makes attaching inside or outside clothing easy and snaps into my scent blocker jacket. Bungie theather allows a little more freedom of movement.However, very very poor design of suspension relief strap. It's awkward and not designed to work with the rest of the harness very well. Also the buckles and carabiner are loud, heavy and clanky.
