The performance has also improved when using the PC, less than 35 celsius when browsing the web, the old pc has 2 different as on the latitude e6410, but is very good to use old tech as it should be in the year as before.

**Q: What is the thermal conductivity of this paste?**
A: that would be 8.9W/mK

**Q: How is this for cooling laptop (not desktop) cpu and gpu?**
A: NT-HT1 is too thin and will pump out in a low pressure mount. I always used IC Diamond on my laptops but beware that it can scratch the die, just a cosmetic defect but it works very well and you don’t have to replace it for years. Gelid GC Extreme was also good for laptops and doesn’t have Diamond in it so it won’t scratch anything but it needs to be replaced every two to three years and if the CPU mount is very low pressure, it still won’t be thick enough. Avoid Arctic’s MX-4 for the same reason.

**Q: Is this at least as good as kryonaught and gelid gc extreme?**
A: its about the same from my experience both are decent thermal paste for laptops and desktops and even GPU's do well with this paste

This a excellent thermal paste, the cooling has improved 2 PCs, one of a old PC Cpu that has fixed the overheating when watching YouTube Videos, the installation is very easy as it is great packaging. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice product and a tip for first timers

Works well and lasts for a while. Used it multiple times and still have lots left. Just make sure to have alcohol handy to clean up afterwards as it’s very sticky. Tip for first timers. When removing your heatsink from your CPU, warm it up first to loosen up the paste otherwise the paste will be too thick and you will rip your CPU out of the socket and potentially damage it or the motherboard. An easy way to do it is by disconnecting the fan and just letting the CPU run for a bit with just the heatsink on it. And when removing the heatsink, don’t yank. Just gently lift straight up with lightly twisting the heatsink left to right to loosen up pastes grip. Ripped a CPU out of the socket a few times over the decades and sucks having to check for bent or missing pins afterwards while still trying to remove it from the heatsink it is still stuck to. And if you bend pins, trying to straighten them back safely can be frustrating.
