The 1st picture looks like the top "dome" is clear and you can see the water moving around, I liked that. However, if I would have noticed on the rest of the pics, the "dome" is actually frosted and you cannot actually see the water as in the picture. To me, that was deceiving. Also, the unit does shut off when it's out of water, however, the color light does not, so I didn't notice that nothing was coming out of it until I put my hand over the opening. My old one beeped and shut completely down when it was out of water. Think I'll go back to my old one and put this one in our guest room. ### ⭐⭐ Oils are WEAK *by T***D on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2021* Overall the diffuser meets the description, multiple colors, timer, and settings. It came with oils, however, they are extremely weak. I can barely smell them. Luckily I had some quality ones available. Once I used those, the diffuser worked great. I would not recommend purchasing product due to the oils. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Where the steam is emitted from tends to need cleaning often *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2021* For some reason, with this device, there is a need to take a napkin and wipe the bowl out and the area where the steam is dispensed. If I don't do that and just add more water, it doesn't work right. Since I am chasing kids around all day, I don't exactly have the time to baby this thing every four hours to keep my house smelling nice.
