I bought this little gem for a trip and loved it ! I appreciate the build - it appears to be made of a bead-blasted and powdercoated aluminum alloy that is both strong and light. The surface of it is a no nonsense flat-ish black and is easy to carry. I like the ball joint that can hold a sony a6400 in any position with the 18-135 lens - no wobble or fall over. This thing is well build and sturdy. Now that I'm home, it will stay in my kit and probably take a lot of work that the larger tripod would have been used for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent product. Very light *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on March 22, 2016* Excellent product. Very light, durable, and adjustable. I enjoy long exposure photography, but a full-size tripod is very problematic when traveling. On a recent trip through Europe, I had no issues fitting the mini tripod into a dslr camera bag, and had no issues getting it through carry-on security at airports or into museums.A very small complaint - while the aluminum construction is a great design choice, the threaded rod (where camera is attached) should arguably be steel. One has to tighten it snugly so as to not come unscrewed when rotating the camera on the tripod, and this repeated tightening seems to be wearing the threads slightly. Additionally, I dropped the tripod and it deformed the threads a little. But, ultimately I think this is still a 5 star product, just something that might be nice to see implemented in a future revision (even though a steel rod would add a small amount of weight). ### ⭐⭐⭐ Use Only for Mobile phone *by Y***U on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on July 16, 2019* This product works well as a Mobile phone holder/tripod. However it doesn't hold a larger DSR camera due to the construct of "leg holding mechanism". In order to hold a heavy object, all three legs should equally hold their position. However one leg is loose while two other legs are sturdy. This is a design defect which cannot be corrected. I bought two of this product and they have the exact same problem. You will find out quickly this product is only good for a mobile phone.
