However, it's not as easy to use as one might hope. In order to use it to grill it take a lot of effort to get it hot and to keep it hot. It would be helpful if they would provide more helpful and details hints, like how many chunks of wood to use, anticipated interval time (which I do realize will vary based on fan setting, wood, etc.) to add more wood, especially as the stove at the heart of it is very small. I am still playing with these parameters and have not really been successful in grilling anything yet. I have only been successful at smoking my food (low temp) and after about an hour or so given up and finished cooking with something else. It's become more of a project, spending a lot of time to optimize / develop a method - which I am determined to do.
