Make sure to let your cake cool a little in the cups before trying to remove. Even better if you freeze them before popping out. Only negative is they are a bit flimsy when trying to deal with them. Learned quickly to put them on a cookie sheet first before filling. That's on me though. I didn't think about it until after I had an "oops" moment.
