I spent weeks researching to buy my first rollator. After 7 months of Chemo. I need assistance with balance & fatigue. This was the lightest rollator that I could find that was also compact enough for me to handle on my own. It really is compact to fold. It is light enough too. The seat is a little too high. Normally that is not a big issue. But the back support must be defective or poorly designed. It is angled downward. When i try to sit , I have to stand tippy toe to reach the floor and the back support is pushing me off the rollator. I got real nauseous, slide off, and got dizzy trying to stay seated. Shouldn't a "back support" be behind your back or lumbard not on the butt. Then, there is that shameful notion of a "bell". Some kind of cheap plastic with a button the don't even press down. If you snap the little part on the side, it will make a slight clanking sound. Everything else was well made. But I am extremely disappointed. If it wouldn't cost me 20% restocking, I'd sent this back before it kills me just trying to sit. I was going to carry a folding step so I could seat once in a while. But nothing is going to help that horrible back strap on the butt. But in September of 2020 first the breaks failed and then the handles kept collapsing. I think another review early this year mentioned the same problem.
