First, there are 2 of them like the picture shows but what the description doesn't detail. They are very firm and hard with just enough cushion. They are small enough that they don't take up too much space but big enough that they allow room for error and movement of your foot, hand or leg, etc. I have a health condition which prevents me from flexing my feet and puts a lot of pressure on the balls of my feet. I wear hard, immovable plastic foot braces that only put my feet at a 90 degree angle. They cause me so much pain I can't wear them for more than 30 minutes at a time. These wedges flex my feet more than 90 degrees and without pain. They're better than any incline made of hard plastic, wood or metal because they have that little bit of cushion. I can't say enough about these wedges. I think they will really help me with my health condition. I am so happy I found these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap. Effective. Speaker accessories! *by C***. on January 7, 2018* Do not do Yoga, should, have given up meat, feel better... but got these to put my speakers on, at an angle, as they are a fraction of the price of speaker wedges, which, in turn, are only a fraction as well constructed as these, sure, they have flowers embossed on them, but embrace your masculinity and use these. A bit of Blue Tack will make them work on speaker stands as well. If you do not know why, these can, and should be, used to help direct the speakers more towards the listener, to get the full sound experience. I have 2 pairs, including the ones in the picture, which have Blue Tack holding them on.Your mileage may vary, but they will help you enjoy it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but could have better gripping. *by P***O on May 8, 2018* I have wrist problems and I am able to use these to decrease the strain on them in certain yoga positions with a spotter. I also love them for foot flexing and for block poses by stacking them together. My only complaint is that they slide on my yoga mat if I am not careful.
