I'm having trouble making it work, helped by the manufacturer's support team (MadgeTech, Inc). After more than 16 mails with them, making all types of tests, we reallized that my battery voltage was low enough to conclude that the battery is dead. The technical support manager said, based on the serial number of my product, that the device was manufactured on 2013. Now there is another version of the same model. Amazon never said this in the description.I recomend buying the product directly from MadgeTech.
