Great looking product. Only problem, 1 chair had slight tear in back, and the legs would not fit into squashed sockets in frame. Paid to get this chair fixed. When I contacted supplier was told a new back and frame would be sent if I took photos of problem. Having paid out £25.00 to have the matter put right, what good was a photo and replacement frame? No compensation was forthcoming. Female was most polite, but after sales service far from good.
