Installed and system up and running on August 16th. Failed on September 13th after only 4 weeks of operation. Amazon return window closed on August 21. Worst power supply I have ever purchased and I have purchased hundreds. Have had very good success with other StarTech and do not feel this is typical of their products. Submitted an RMA to StarTech. Will have to wait and see.Updated from a 1 Star to a 5 Star on Sep 22nd. I just received notification that StarTech approved my RMA and have shipment of a replacement on backorder until early October. I feel the fast response and not even requesting that I return the defective item at my expense is enough to a 5 Star. I must say I was presently surprised. Radom failures of any product can be expected and I don't fault StarTech for that. The only issue I had was that plug for the CD/DVD drive wasn't the same so I had to leave it unplugged for now. I don't hardly use it anyway, plus I have one on my laptop to use if needed. I tried very hard to match all of the description to what I needed but didn't realize the different type plug for that one thing.
