It makes the job easier and will save you time and money by doing it yourself. It’s $1500 and up to replace motor mounts, and they will fail, it’s not about if, it’s a temporary part, they fail and then the motor begins making contact with the frame, and it lurches up and down in the engine bay - a simple job when done correctly and with the proper tools.
