Does everything, I Purchased for the Dwell feature as my old school dwell meter broke and I work on old cars. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of a kind meter - Hard to find *by S***. on September 21, 2020* Meter arrived as expected, Instructions are adequate. I found it particularly handy as a one do it all meter for trouble shooting older points and condenser with coil ignition systems used on rolling vehicles up until late 70's and late 80's for marine applications. I would recommend it as a good instrument as to functionality after using it for a week now. Packaged with leads and adapter clips (very convenient) and temperature probes in a better than average case.There are also two accessory leads available. The induction pickup coil should be included in the base package. That would make it 100% effective as a diagnostic tool. That is the only short fall for my intended use.Physically it appears to be a robust case. Accuracy is as advertized or better. Time will tell as to durability ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent value, no problems so far. *by J***N on December 25, 2020* Alligator ends are a bit cheesy, had to squeeze tighter where pointed lead ends insert. Resistance readings take a moment to stabilize on potentiometer movement, tends to overshoot. This happens with my other meters. Just have to be patient to avoid mistakes. Accuracy is passable when testing known good auto parts, where extreme precision is not required.
